Division faculty pubished 46 peer-reviewed articles and ten chapters in books or textbooks in the last year. They provided academic and professional service in a variety of roles, including:

- Neeral Shah: Herbert S. Waxman Award for Outstanding Medical Student Educator, American College of Physicians; Harvard-Macy Institute Course in Medical Education; UVA School of Medicine Class of 2015 Teaching Excellence and Professionalism award
- Anne Tuskey: 2014 Department of Medicine Outstanding Educator award
